Previously submitted for entitlement as a creative media campus, RELM, working closely with HKS architects, developed a second option for Sunset & Highland as a two-tower, multi-family proposal featuring the tallest tower in Hollywood.
HIGHEST EXPRESSION OF URBAN NATURE
The lushly planted streetscape establishes a signature address which activates11,000 SF of ground floor retail and restaurant space, including a hotel-inspired porte cochere. Above, an immersive one-acre garden park connects both towers, completed by two rooftop pool decks. The open space design leverages the panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains, Downtown LA, and the Pacific Ocean. Residents will enjoy the highest expression of urban nature.
