A signature development in downtown San Diego, RELM’s 9th story rooftop terrace at 1200 Front Street, North Block, capitalizes on proximity and location. A series of elevated timber terraces offer unique vantage points—framing panoramic views of skyline and harbor—amidst planted planes of coastal meadows and Torrey Pines. Spaces are flexible to host a range of programming activities for residents and office tenants alike.
BIG NATURE
San Diego’s downtown parks provide abundant sun lawn and promenade experiences, but lack big canopied landscape. Our design creates an immersive habitat on the roof deck to capture an immediate, varied experience of urban nature than on the streets and open spaces below.
