Aggie
Square
Sacramento, CA
Client: University of California Davis and Wexford Science + Technology
Designed in collaboration with Atlas Lab
Designed specifically to co-locate private industry, infrastructure, and community-based partnerships, Aggie Square is a notable P3 effort between Wexford Science & Technology and the University of California Davis. The 8-acre landscape stitches together a dynamic building program to create an innovation district that has an organic and symbiotic relationship to the surrounding neighborhoods. Trees play a pivotal role by framing a series of outdoor rooms for collaboration and public life.
