Client Metro and Trammel Crow Company
Location North Hollywood

A new urban center, organized around the central tenants of mobility and open space, will soon be an iconic destination for residents and commuters alike in the San Fernando Valley.

District NOHO, when complete, will connect multiple regional bus lines with the Orange and Red lines, office, commercial, and residential properties that flank a 2-acre open space.  The urban park will be programmed day and night and serve as a new model for integrated development in LA, including active transit.

The primary open space will be supported by a surrounding network of local streets and bike paths placing the needs of pedestrians, cyclists, and transit users firmly above those of private vehicles.

The project’s esteemed public-private partnership between Metro and Trammel Crow Company is the largest P3 investment in Metro LA’s history.
