RELM is landscape architecture and urban design practice dedicated to cultivating urban life. Based in downtown Los Angeles, we champion landscapes that connect home, work, transit, and recreation through open space, be it along a street, plaza, campus, or park. Our success realizing urban life in a polycentric city is gaining us entrée into distinguished commissions statewide: the New Natural Resources Headquarters building in Sacramento, Ivy Station in Culver City, and Park and Market, UC San Diego’s new downtown campus. Increasingly, clients wish to galvanize urban community through development. That is the bedrock of our practice. RELM drives public life through the artful design of metropolitan landscapes.
